PARTY TIME AND A NEW PINK BIKE!!

Since Brinley is now 2, she had all her friends over for a party on Saturday. There were 8 kids here between the ages of 4 years and 6 months! Needless to say it was crazy!! They kids all had a great time outside playing in the pool. The weather was hot, but thank God for small blessings that it didn't seem that hot. Most of the backyard was in the shade and there was a nice breeze. Brinley kept asking all day, "where are the kids?" She wanted everyone to come and play and today when she woke up she asked again for them. Luckily she was headed to church so she could see most of them again!! It's amazing how quickly she is starting to remember people's names even after only meeting them one or two times.

Brinley got some money for her birthday so we went out and got her the pink bike she has been asking for a long time now. Of course she got a pink and purple bike as well as a pink and purple helmet. She is slowly starting to figure out out how move the pedals herself, it's going to take time and patience. She loves walking around with just the helmet on! Good thing for us she is not fighting us on wearing it!!

Marla is feeling good, only about 6 1/2 weeks left until the due date! Where did the time go?? We are still working on agreeing on a name, so hopefully he doesn't arrive anytime soon because we aren't ready! The room is being painted wall by wall. Calen has one wall done, hopefully this week he will get some more time to keep working on it.
